1. 服務性質

星願AI · Aurellar AI 提供以紫微斗數及傳統相學為基礎、由 AI 生成的解讀內容。所有內容僅供文化娛樂及自我參考，並非亦不應被視為醫療、健康、財務、法律或投資等專業意見。重要決定請諮詢合資格的專業人士。

Aurellar AI provides AI-generated readings based on Zi Wei Dou Shu astrology and traditional physiognomy. All content is for cultural entertainment and self-reflection only, and is not — and should not be treated as — professional medical, health, financial, legal or investment advice. Consult a qualified professional for important decisions.

2. Beta 測試

服務目前處於 Beta 測試階段：功能可能變更、中斷或重設，付費方案於正式上線後生效。Beta 期間的解鎖屬體驗性質，不構成任何持續權益。

The service is currently in beta: features may change, pause or reset, and paid plans take effect at official launch. Unlocks during beta are for evaluation and confer no ongoing entitlement.

3. 付費方案

正式上線後：一日通行證為單次付款（24 小時），不會自動續費；Premium 月費可隨時取消，取消後於當期結束時停止。價格如有調整，會於收費前清楚顯示。

At launch: a Day Pass is a one-off payment (24 hours) and never auto-renews; the Premium monthly plan can be cancelled any time and ends at the close of the current period. Any price changes are shown clearly before you are charged.

4. 合理使用

請勿濫用服務（包括自動化大量請求、嘗試繞過使用限制、或將他人照片在未經同意下上傳分析）。我們可暫停濫用行為的存取。

Do not abuse the service (including automated bulk requests, circumventing usage limits, or uploading photos of others without their consent). We may suspend access for abuse.

5. 免責與責任限制

服務按「現狀」提供。在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們對因使用或無法使用服務而引致的任何間接或衍生損失概不負責。

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
